Diane L. Richard is the Owner/President of Mosaic Research and Project Management (MosaicRPM), providing genealogy, family history, and general history research services since 1987 professionally since 2003. She has extensive experience researching North Carolina families, including access to State Archives of North Carolina and State Library resources as a listed researcher. She specializes in African-American ancestry research, emigrant families who came to the U.S. between 1880 and 1920 (particularly from Belarus, Finland, France, Galicia, Poland, and the UK), DNA test result verification, and migration patterns across the southeastern United States. Diane regularly delivers presentations, lectures, and workshops on genealogy topics, serves as editor of the North Carolina Genealogical Society Journal (since 2016), and has authored numerous articles in genealogical publications.
