Dr. Gretchen Green

Dr. Gretchen Green is a Canadian-American genealogist with a PhD in History from the College of William and Mary. She has been a lifelong teacher and learner, with teaching experience at Seattle University, UMKC, and Rockhurst University. She learned Spanish and worked with migrant farmworker families in Missouri, conducted early childhood home visiting, and Medicare counseling. With extensive genealogy research experience spanning decades, she now offers professional genealogy services. She is fluent in Spanish and French, reads German, and has deep expertise in historical research, including Canadian citizenship claims, French-Canadian and Acadian genealogy, African American genealogy, and Native American ancestry research.
