Kristine Hyatt Lyon is a Certified Genealogist and Managing Member of Connect the Dots Genealogy LLC, based in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. She is passionate about helping individuals and families learn their family history, believing that knowledge of one's past provides a sure footing for the future. Her research specialties are the Midwestern United States, German-American immigrants, and adoption/unknown parentage (DNA research). She has successfully researched families across twenty-four states in the USA (including colonial, African American, and Native American research), Germany and former German provinces, Sweden, Norway, France, Canada, and Puerto Rico. She holds an AAS in Family History Research from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a BS in Home & Family Living from Brigham Young University.
