Stephanie Carbonetti, CG®, is a full-time professional genealogist located in the Chicago area with research specialties in forensic genealogy, family histories, and problem-solving. She is a member of the Council for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogists (serving on the board as Vice President), the Association of Professional Genealogists, and the Chicago Genealogical Society (serving as 1st Vice President). She is a Trustee of the Board for Certification of Genealogists Education Fund and has previously served on the Illinois State Genealogical Society Board and national genealogical conference committees. She holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a master's degree from Loyola University Chicago. Stephanie adheres to BCG, APG, and CAFG Genealogical Standards and Codes of Ethics.
